- The airlock suction system can mount to any smooth non-porous surface. There need's to be an airtight seal around the edges of the suction pad and the surface. For more information, please visit the user guide.

- It can mount to smooth sealed surfaces like metal, plastic, laminate and smooth painted drywall (at least two coats of paint).

- While uncommon, Certain paints have properties that prevent Vertiball from mounting to them. When using Vertiball on any new surface it is important to test the mount's ability to stick to it.

- Vertiball does not mount to stucco or textured drywall, wood, brick, concrete, or wallpaper.

- Do not mount on plaster walls, damaged drywall, or wallpaper as damage can occur.

- After 30 minutes of using your device, remove it from the wall and re-clamp to restore any lost suction.

- The Airlock mounting system is not a permanent mounting solution and can easily be mounted and removed from your wall/surface.

- Ensure that the hard plastic suction cup cover has been removed and the suction cup is clean of dust and debris. Dust can disrupt the seal and allow air to escape. If there is dust or dirt on the surface, clean it off with a fabric cloth damped in warm water. Cleaning the suction pad regularly with soapy water, or alcohol swabs will reduce the risk of oils damaging surfaces.

- Check that your wall/surface is a surface that the device works on. The most common issue is textured or stucco walls as the suction cup cannot form an airtight seal. Try surfaces in your home like your fridge, or metal doors.

- US orders (3-10 days) are $6.95, Express Shipping (2-3 days) is $12.50. Free Shipping Over $75.

- Canadian orders can be purchased from ca.vertiball.com

- European orders (4-14 days) are $15.

- Australian and New Zealand orders (4-14 days) are $15.

- All other International orders (4-14 days) are $25.

Vertiball is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

- Vertiball is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


- Route shipping insurance is available on all orders at checkout. All orders with Route shipping insurance will be covered if lost, damaged or stolen during shipping.

If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Vertiball, you have 60 days to return it for free with a money-back guarantee. All returns must be returned in the original packaging.
